These Terms of Service apply when you use BuildingBasket.ie or purchase products from BuildingBasket Limited. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

2. Our service
BuildingBasket provides online ordering and scheduled local delivery of groceries and household essentials.
Our current delivery area is Central Park, Sandyford, Dublin 18. We may expand or change our delivery area in the future.
3. Products and availability
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices and information. Product packaging, appearance, ingredients or manufacturer information may change from time to time.
Customers should check the information and labelling on the product received, particularly where allergies or intolerances are relevant.
All products are subject to availability.
4. Prices and minimum order
Prices are displayed in euro and include applicable taxes where required.
The current minimum order value is €10.
If an obvious pricing or product-information error is identified after an order is placed, we may contact you before fulfilment. You may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected product or order.
5. Orders and payment
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and payment information when placing an order.
Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout.
We may be unable to fulfil all or part of an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, the delivery address is outside our supported area, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
Where payment has already been taken for an item that we cannot supply, the relevant amount will be refunded.
6. Delivery
Our current scheduled delivery days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
To receive your order on the next scheduled delivery day, place your order before midnight on the day before delivery.
Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the following available delivery day.
Our current delivery window is 6:00 PM–10:00 PM.
Customers do not select a separate delivery date or delivery time slot.
Delivery is free on qualifying orders of €10 or more within our supported delivery area.

7. Unavailable products and substitutions
We will not automatically substitute an unavailable product with a materially different product.
Where we believe a suitable alternative is available, we may contact you. If an alternative is not agreed, or no suitable alternative is available, the unavailable item will be removed from the order or refunded as applicable.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our cancellation, return and refund arrangements are explained in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer right that applies to you.
9. Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact us at support@buildingbasket.ie.
Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law continue to apply.
10. Delivery access
Customers must provide complete and accurate building, apartment and access information.
If we cannot complete a delivery because the address is incorrect, access is unavailable or we cannot reach you where necessary, we will contact you regarding the appropriate next steps.
11. Website availability
We aim to keep BuildingBasket.ie available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may update, maintain or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary.
12. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.
13. Privacy
Information about how we collect and use personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time for legal, operational or service-related reasons.
The terms applicable to an order are those made available when that order is placed, subject to any changes expressly agreed with you.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.
