Preparation and Usage

  • Method 1 (Boil & Drain):

    2. Add rice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
    3. Drain well, fluff, and serve.
  • Method 2 (Absorption):
    1. Bring 2 cups of water to the boil.
    2. Add 1 cup of rice and stir.
    3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer gently until all water is absorbed.
